This summer, Duraloy Technologies was proud to welcome Sienna Dean as part of our 2025 summer internship program. At Duraloy, we recognize the value of bringing in talented students who are eager to apply their classroom knowledge in real-world settings. Our internship program not only provides students with meaningful, hands-on industry experience, but also brings fresh perspectives and new energy into our organization.
Sienna is entering her junior year at Penn State University, University Park, where she is pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering. Throughout her time at Duraloy, she contributed to a wide range of projects across both the Sales and Quality Departments.
Internships at Duraloy are designed to give students like Sienna exposure to multiple aspects of the business, from engineering and production to customer service and quality assurance. This cross-functional approach ensures they gain a well-rounded understanding of how technical expertise connects with customer needs and organizational goals.
We are grateful for Sienna’s dedication, curiosity, and hard work throughout the summer. The entire Duraloy team wishes her continued success as she begins another academic year at Penn State.
